Homestay Terms and Conditions:
- To confirm your booking, we ask for a 50% deposit of the total amount. This payment will secure your reservation. You can make bookings through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, or email.
- We accept UPI (Unified Payments Interface) for secure and seamless online transactions. For in-person transactions, we accept cash payments. Prices listed on our website are in local currency. Conversion rates and additional fees.
- Cancellations made after 6 hours of booking but more than 48 hours before arrival: 30% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival: No refund will be provided..
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM, Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests are expected to keep the premises clean and tidy during their stay. Any damage to the property or its belongings caused by guests will be charged to their account..
- Participants must notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking. Participants are responsible for securing their own health and travel insurance. All participants are expected to follow the safety guidelines and instructions provided by our guides and staff during tours or activities..
- Lopchu eco homestay is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience experienced by guests during their stay.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the lopchu eco homestay. Designated smoking areas are available outside the premises.
- We respect our guests' privacy and ensure that any personal information shared with us is kept confidential and used solely for booking and providing our services.
- Lopchu eco homestay reserves the right to amend or update these terms and policies at any time without prior notice. Guests are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically for any updates
